don't trust internet booking

We had booked a room on internet a day earlier then we needed. Funeral to attend. When we went to book in they were suppose to give us a room with 2 beds, instead they had a room with one double and no others available. We had to go to another hotel and they didn't offer to help us find a room but they were going to charge us for the one bed room even though they were suppose to have given us a 2 bed room. Won't stay there again.
