good price for the location

great place to stay, however, the rooms need air conditioning, especially when Kauai gets hot, muggy and no trade winds to cool us off.

Large Spacious Units

If you have a family going and need space this is the place. Large spacious units. Our was a two story, two bedroom, two bath complete with everything I have at home. They even supplied books, videos and cds, wow. The unit was very well decorated and supplied. Bathrooms and bedrooms were large and have tvs. Balconies open up to let in the view and light. Nice grassy grounds good for little ones. Drawbacks: far walk to ocean from some units, the pool is across the street at a tennis club, not very convienent. The beach was good for snorkeling. If you want all the feel of a home this is a good place, but definately not a resort. Don't look to be entertained.

Great spot

A very nice location, on the ocean (though some units are far from the ocean, so check that out before booking). Beach isn't great, but nearby beaches are nice. Margo Oberg teaches surfing from this location. Units are very nice. Good value.
