These elegant premises used to belong to Heriot Watt University. In 1996 the Apex group transformed the site into a stylish and modern establishment. This tranquil Old Town hotel is located in the semi-pedestrian cafe zone in the Grassmarket, with the shadow of Edinburgh Castle looming immediately overhead. All the spacious rooms have at least one double bed, an en suite bathroom and excellent facilities.
