they didn't change the towels!

a great location, only 3 bus stops from the centre of edinburgh and on the 36 bus route, but ............ the room just wasn't clean on arrival and we (myself and two adult daughters) were only given a bath towel each to last us the four nights with no means of drying them after showering! also the 'en-suite' was a corner of the room, partitioned off, in which was squeezed a plastic shower (didn't work), toilet and sink (also not very private). the sheets were clean and beds comfortable but carpet only hoovered in middle, debris found behind bedside table and edge of bed. however, the breakfast was excellent, staff keen, helpful and friendly. location excellent.
