Terrible 4 star hotel

This hotel has a great location, but the service is terrible. The rooms are not cleaned properly, the business centre is a joke and so as the gym. Most of the facilities offered on their website are not available. The only positive point is the friendlyness and efficency of their concierge staff. I will never go back, even if they offered me a free stay.
