Hotel Gudamendi, a small hotel is housed in the old premises of the Gudamendi clay pigeon shooting club. It's located on Mount Igeldo, ten minutes from the city, making a car a necessity. In summer, the 500 square meters of garden/pool make this an ideal place for sunbathing and swimming. Half the rooms overlook the sea, and the view is superb. Prices vary seasonally, check website.
