Bad Service, Lousy Attitude
One, room card doesn't work first time round and seems like a common thing from the receptionist's reaction. Two, I asked for a kettle and got a response "no kettle, can't help you, everything is closed now. you have to request earlier for this kind of service". Isn't room service at big hotels meant to be 24 hours?!!!! Three, no staff around at breakfast. Overall, the service was bad and staff was impolite on more than one occasions.
