Towering high above Tokyo Bay, Hotel Inter-Continental Tokyo Bay is a very exclusive addition to the city's collection of luxury-class hotels. Located right on the Tokyo waterfront, connected to the metropolis by a new transit train connection, the hotel is directly across from the famous Rainbow Bridge and Tokyo Teleport Town. All of the rooms are strictly top-end in terms of furnishings and amenities.

The views were tremendous! Big French windows overlooking the Tokyo Bay is a wonderful way to wake up and go to sleep! It's like something from a movie. The staff were very helpful and polite (even to a couple of young foreigners like us!!), they really went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay, and the room service was speedy and efficient. \n \nThe only downsides I can think was that the area wasn't too exciting. There's not much to do in Takebashi but the hotel is very close to the train station and there is easy access to other, more exciting areas of Tokyo like Odaiba and Shimbashi (from where you can connect to Shinjuku, Shibuya, Ueno and other areas of interest). \n \nApart from that minor quibble though, I give this hotel a hearty 10 out of 10.
