Sofitel Palm Resort: Overview

Bad Experience

The Female Staff needs to learn how to smile.......... and greet.......... the guest......... the Male Staff was all friendly and helpful. The service was real bad when i orderd some food after midnight. I heard the Female staff mumble to each other saying...... hm....... so..... late nite still want to eat......... hmmmmmmmmmmm.... i guess that is just bad enough and when my food arrived my toast was badly done it was so burnt till i had no choice but to tell them and they did replace me with new one of cos. I waited like 3 hrs for my room to be ready as i have to wait for a group to check out and when i checked in I found pubic hair in my bath tub and there's a small piece of yellowish tissue on the toilet seat and the shower hose in the tub was spoiled and im sure the chamber maid was aware about it else that show she didnt clean the tub clean enough. The bowling place was bad also the floor was not smooth enough and the balls will just injure your finger and they didnt drill the hole nice and smooth. I was shocked as there is no welcome drink in a 5* resort. Breakfast was not good we had to split restaurant with friends and whatever food they have we dont have it and the waiter in the japanese restaurant for our breakfast keep all the cutlery in his pants pocket and they mumble to each other when other guest tell them to get some knife and ice water.
