The largest hotel in Malacca, in terms of number of rooms, it does brisk business by aggressively promoting itself to weekend and school-holiday vacationers from Singapore. As a tourist class hotel, it is a reasonable performer though it has been observed that its room facilities are showing signs of over-use. Otherwise, with its hard to beat location, comprehensive amenities and sheer size, it remains a popular choice among families.

We will never go back again.

I was appalled by the apartment rooms standard. It was not value for money and it was not cheap either. The apartment have a kind of a smell that show signs of decadency. It was not fit for human dwelling at all!!! The General Manager and Housekeeping Department have not been doing a fine job in upkeeping the image of the Hotel.
