The Victoria and Alfred Hotel, originally built as a warehouse in the early 1900s, has wonderful views of the harbor and Table Mountain. It offers accommodation in 68 large en-suite rooms. Each room is fitted with a king size bed and radio, television, telephone, hairdryer, a trouser press and safe. The Forum conference and banqueting room and the Waterfront Cafe are situated on the premises. Nearby sporting facilities include golf courses, a gym and a swimming pool. The waterfront's many shops, restaurants and bars are just a few steps away.

Not a cheap hotel, but if you have some spare cash to spend on a really top hotel, I can really recommend this. There is a restaurant attached called OYO which I at at three times in February and the food is amazing and certainly not that expensive either.
