dreaming of going back

the hotel was beautiful. the gardens were exquisite. the atmosphere was friendly and relaxing. the staff was very friendly and very helpful. it was child friendly, which is a plus. thank you for the experience.

don't stay at the west

I have been to puerto vallarta 5 times now, and this last time was the worst! The westin hotel is dirty, rooms have fleas, no iron, no hair dryer, tv did not work, food was bad and expensive, spa left much do be desired also dirty, not much equipment, I am sure one can find nicer, cleaner accomidations that the westin, I refuse to believe it is a 5 star resort
