We stayed at the Hotel in June 2008. Due to the problems in Kenya earlier in the year it was very quiet but apart from that we had a fabulous time. The food was great but what impressed us the most was the fantasic service we recieved from the lovely assistant manager right down to the general cleaning staff. The pools were amazing, the grounds lovely and the location very peaceful. The Hotel organised a boat trip for us and a day exploring Old Mombassa. Both activities were a real treat. The only dissapointing thing about our stay was the general condition of our room. The fixtures and fittings looked "tired" and the linens poor quality. The Bathroom also needed an upgrade. That not withstanding, we had a wonderful time and fully intend to return as soon as we can.
