We stayed at the Four Seasons whilst completing necessary procedures in Mexico city before bringing our Adopted daughter home. The Staff were absolutely fabulous and made every effort to make our stay as pleasant as possible, understanding the stressful time we were havng. The Concierge, reception and staff of El Bar as well as House keeping all went beyond the call of duty. If you are looking to stay in Mexico City - Stay nowhere else. It may be on the expensive side but you have complete peace of mind as regards security and service.
