My best friend and I stayed over only one night. Closely situated to the train station and main attractions. The street looked just a tad dirty being dustbin-lined (parts of it). The hotel is very nice and elegant. But, we had a MAJOR water problem (we think it was pressure related - no hot water, and no water itself!!). My friend was totally covered in soap and shampoo and there being no water, couldn't rinse off! Phoning the reception desk, we were told by a VERY unhelpful, unpolite and just plain rude staff member by the name of MOUNIR: "Listen, Lady!", and that we must complain in the morning; and "Why are you taking a shower now?" - I mean... non of your business, right?! I was very upset by that part of our hotel experience... I don't think I'd be using them again...
27 Apr 2008 | A Yahoo! UserOur confirmed reservation was not honoured and we were sent on arrival at 1.30 am to a totally unsuitable other hotel. in the morning we met four others to whom the same had happened. There was no explanation gaiven and the staff and self proclaimed manager appeared slightly amused at our insistence on spending nights two and three in the Bologna in accordance with our reservation. Hotel is mediocre and does not match its advertising promise; main concern was unacceptale superior staff attitude which should be reflected in a bad report for future travellers to read.
