don't waste your time!

I went to this hotel and had a horrible experience! The cleanliness was horrible! The trash for the previous person was still in the waste bucket and there was string all of the floor which made me think that the room hadn't been vaccumed. I asked for them to bring up 3 extra pillows and they took around 50 min. to deliver them and I didn't think that the value of the room was good either! Its a waste of time and money!

Enjoyable stay

Everything about our stay was excellent. Hotel staff was very attentive the minute we arrived. The hotel was beautiful, and very clean. We enjoyed the location in Tower City Center, and all the great things downtown Cleveland has to offer. The hotel is in a great location too! The concierge was very helpful. We had an excellent view of the water from our room, but be sure to ask for this view ahead of time. This Ritz-Carlton isn't as grand as some others I have stayed at. It is kind of stuffed in the Tower City Center, but it is still an elegant, comfortable, and luxurious Ritz hotel. We were a little leery about eating at the Century restaurant, afraid we might miss out on dining at another fabulous restaurant downtown, but the Century is certainly not disappointing. We also ate at Johnny's downtown which I highly recommend. Great times in Cleveland too! It is a great city. Surprisingly classy and glamorous.

Great Hotel

We stayed at this hotel for our anniversary. The staff had placed chocolates in our room. Everything was wonderful. It is close to everything. The restaurant there is nice but there are several other restaurants that are close by.
