This hotel rubs shoulders with the Key Tower (hence the name) and is the ideal setting for those traveling with a business agenda. The central location is close to numerous downtown corporations, restaurants, shopping plazas and sports venues. The added benefit of staying downtown is that you can walk just about everywhere, whether to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame or the hip Flats District. There is an Executive Floor with a posh lounge and a 100 rooms under the “Room that Works” slogan, which means each is designed specifically to the needs of the business set.

This is a Luxury Hotel???

The front desk staff seemed confused. When we arrived, our nearly $300 per night suite was not ready. Front Desk promised it would be ready in 45 minutes or less. TWO HOURS LATER, after I pitched a fit, they suddenly discovered it had been ready all the time. We found the room to be large and well laid out and with a terrific view. However the threadbare furnishings, nonfunctional data port and broken ice machine on the 19th floor took away what little luster remained for us. But, on a positive note, the location in downtown Cleveland was great and the Parking Valet and Bell Staff were great! Perhaps the Front Desk should take some lessons or perhaps switch jobs with the valets and bellmen.
