what a great place to stay.... food excellent, service great and Martyn the Duty Manager was brilliant.

very slow

Service is always slow and terrible. Only reason I use it is for the nice postion it has on the river, its nice to sit on the patio area during the summer months and people watch as they go passed in their punts. Take a paper and be prepaired to wait and wait and wait!!!!!!
