Par for the course

Thelevel of service was about what I expected. However, the customer service skills could be reviewed by hotel mgmt. There was a certain aloofness of the staff that I found disconcerting. The rooms were clean and spacious with a great view of the capitol. Room service was late on one occasion which is not a good thing if you're traveling and wish to leave on time. Restaurant food was excellent. Overall, a good experience.
