I recently stayed at the El San Juan .I would like to acknowlegde Jessica rodrigues(front desk) for checking us into the hotel. She was a pleasure to work with.She was professional,friendly,helpful and really cared about making hotels guests feel special. What to Expect...

I was worried about my choice after booking the El San Juan and reading some of the comments made by people on this Web site. I just got back and had to comment on the hotel, and especially the rooms. They are beautiful and clean. I checked out the other floors to make sure I wasn't just lucky and found that they are all quality rooms. The place jumps on the weekend, and is a lot of fun. The lobby is a great place to hang out and people watch. Dancing, live music, and tons of well dressed people everywhere. The place is a lot of fun and I can't wait to go back.

Memories Untold!!!

I have stayed several times here, traveling to Puerto Rico many times! I would go back over and over again! The staff was excellent and extremely friendly! I thought the rooms and grounds were in excellant condition! One of my favorite things about this place was there was something for everyone, of all ages! There were many convinent things about this resort...from the on site stores with wonderful gifts for everyone back home..to the many resturants to choose from! Also one more thing a family may be looking for...security! The grounds were patroled by men watching out for the visitors, night and day! This was a great feature! Over all of my travels..Puerto Rico has become one of my very most favorite! Due to the wonderful place that it is and for choosing to stay in such a lovely place! The memories made there, will never be forgotten!!
