No Front Disk

I call from US between 1-2 AM in Cairo time to talk to my wife. the phone was ringing but no body ever answer.
I called 3 different time and the phone was ringing at least 10 times in each time but the front disk clerek was not available, may be he has something to do other than his job.
I do not recomended this Hotel.
