depressing dirty poor service
it's allegedly 5 star, don't stay here. Dirty dining room, rooms shabby, staff inattentive and argueing with each other. My partner got food poisoning from the buffet. Swimming pool is a concrete bunker with traffic whizzing past. Only positives - great laundry service and the nearby Montazah gardens are wonderful, as is he El Salamlek hotel in the grounds
