Built in 1953, the Tamanaco Inter-Continental is a five-star luxury establishment. The oldest of the city's top hotels, it is located on a hill in Las Mercedes, a residential area in the south-central part of Caracas. It is both modern and elegant, with a new and an old wing. Many of the rooms offer a view of Mt. Avila. The facilities are excellent, the swimming pool is enormous and the hotel bar, El Punto, is one of the most popular in town. The nearby business and shopping district is within easy reach of the Tamanaco. Advance booking is recommended.

Slammin

nigga me and my home girl hotel hopped here and had a slammin time naw mean. Straight up!! I need to hop over there agian, naw mean. The beaches slammin, the bathtubs, slammin. You dawgs would really like it. Me and my girl thought that this hotel earned 5 bananas

Wonderful Hotel

I have stayed in many many countries and in many hotels in My life. I feel that this is one of the best. The food in the two restaurantes is very very good. I like the Pizza very very much, fish is VERY good in the other. Service is great, people are very very friendly that work in the hotel.

I have stayed in this hotel at least 300 nights, never had a problem even in the government coup attempt of 1992 (I believe) I was there for two weeks, Loved it.

Carcus Hotel

Wonderful hotel, wonderful food and service, have been there many many times, overpriced but worth it... hreat Pizza and very bice swinnibg pool.
