Disappointed

We booked 2 rooms for a weekend shopping get away with AAA. The rate was supposed to include breakfast, but everyone at the hotel refused to give us breakfast. They also refused to look at their own website which advertised the package including breakfast. \n \nThe sheets were terrible. Poor quality polyester blend that would not stay tucked in. \n \nThis hotel is the furthest away from the shopping district, you have to take the shuttle, it is not within walking distance. \n \nThis Hyatt is not "Grand", it is more like a Holiday Inn. Next time we will pay the extra $20 and stay at the Intercontinental or the Ritz.

I went to this hotel one time when I was on an FBLA trip. And I must say that it was awesome. We didn't get to do a whole lot being that we were tied down with the group most of the time. But I loved everything about it. And I plan on coming to stay there again in the next few weeks.
