Everything they did at this hotel was awful. \nThere was hair in the food, the showers were full of mold, the toilets were in the need of very much assistance, the room service sucked, and the dinning area and kitchen had roaches in it! \nWe will never be attending this hotel again! \nUnless it goes through major improvements. For a five star hotel, it was very crappy. We never will Come back, and that's a fact!
