The vaulted lobby of this hotel gives an it an ambience of style and elegance far beyond expectation for a hotel of the Tokyu chain. You will find a towering marble facade, skylight, and lots of greenery to greet you upon arrival. Rooms on floors five through 16 are well appointed and rather more spacious than most priced in this category. The suite rooms come with beautiful European-style livingroom sets, an island bar and settees at the ends of the queen-size double beds. Japanese-style tatami rooms are also available.

Incredible location, great if you're a first timer and doesn't hurt if you've been there before. Top service by courteous friendly staff who seem to know what you want before you do. Great room service and breakfast buffet in the coffeeshop. High speed internet now introduced to some rooms at reasonable rate. Very very good value overall.
05 Jun 2005 | A Yahoo! UserStayed here on buisiness. Was amazed at the service, especially compared to the cost. Most of the staff in the lobby and restaurant areas are very fluent in English. The staff almost seems to know what you want before you do; they are very accommodating. Excellent breakfast buffet in the coffee shop. Other staff, such as housekeeping, are not as fluent in English but are very prompt to fill requests. Very clean hotel.
