Built in 1967 and renovated in 1998, this 33-floor hotel has been one of the city's most luxurious places to stay for more than 30 years. Sutton Place Hotel is very convenient for Queen's Park, and just minutes from the entertainment district. The rare artwork, antiques, gilded mirrors and chandeliers give the hotel a European-style look. Don't be surprised if you run into a superstar in the lobby this is a favorite resting place for folks like Rod Stewart, Tom Cruise and Robin Leach.

05 Jun 2005 | A Yahoo! UserThey just don't care. \n \nThere is no intention of giving you your money's worth. \n \nWe were put at the 3rd floor. \nWhen we asked for a higher the answer was "we are booked solid". \nThe truth: the hotel was half empty. \n \nWhen we entered the room, the towels were wet, the remote didn't work properly, the bathroom paper was at its final inch. \nWe complained and received a cold "I'll send someone". \n \nThe garage was too low for our rental car. \nWe were told only at the check-out that parking wasn't included. \nAgain, it's usual, but all the time from the check-in to the check-out, never an extra mile, not even an extra yard and always the cold "I'm sorry" and that's it.
