great accomodations!

The location and customer service were excellent. The rooms were well decorated and kept very clean. (The housekeeping staff also changed the sheets on my baby's crib every day.) The work out room was very good (free weights, Precor treadmills and Cybex machines). The breakfast and service at the hotel retaurant were first rate. I also found the on-site Hertz rental car desk to be very convenient. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and I would recommend it highly to anyone staying in Santa Monica.

Great location. Nicely remodeled. Right by the pier and walking distance to restaurants.

Don't Bother!!

I have traveled extensively and expect Loews to be "luxury." The service was shockingly poor, the employees insolent and the property was in shabby condition. Spend your money (and they charge it!) elsewhere!!
