The staff make this hotel excelent

Most capital city grand hotels are luxurious filled with antiques works of art and luxurious textiles all the rooms and suites are more than comfortable it is the service that sets them apart management down to housekeeping are the best in the world wonderfull

A great hotel.

Stayed here a few times over the years, still has superb service with staff who are very helpfull. Rooms are well furnished, food is very good. This is how hotels should be. Always a very good experience, but not cheap. Possibly my favorite hotel in London.

Roaches

It is to busy... to expensive for nothing, there is a catch to everything. i will not recomend this place to anyone unless i get a discount next time i even dream of looking your way. have a nice day!
