I liked everything about Sheraton in Brisbane. It was centrally located, easy walking distance from the centre of town, bus stops, train etc... \n \nThe service in the hotel itself was superb, the staff were friendly, helpful and gave us very personal treatment, this is from all areas of staffing from the room service to the reception staff.

Avoid Sheraton Brisbane Hotel

2 stars

Receptionist refused to accept our internet booking until we produced printed copy from internet; hotel refused to honor the fact breakfast was included in room and charged us for breakfast after we checked out. In general, too much oversight and hassle needed for the price. Plus, Sheraton Starwood Preferred Hotels refused to help with settling the dispute; it says the Sheraton Brisbane is not really a Sheraton even though it carries the name. My advice....avoid Sheraton Hotels alltogether especially this one in Brisbane.
