I have stayed at the Intercontinental several times and love it. The rooms are a bit smallish but the views are wonderful whichever angle and the staff is sincerely helpful despite being pulled in several directions. Whether a tourist or business visitor (I was both) I would not hesitate recommending the Intercontinental.

05 Jun 2005 | A Yahoo! UserComfortable yet modern accents in the rooms with great views over the Royal Botanic Gardens and the harbor. Excellent location for sightseeing, yet quietly (and just slightly) removed from the bustle of the city's center. The Opera House is just down the street. Memorable breakfast buffet. Well-equipped Business Center within the hotel. Professional and courteous staff throughout.
