The Royal Plaza is popular with businessmen who visit Ibiza city. Located just a few meters from the city center, the hotel has its own restaurant, "Le Relais," and bar, "Royal". One of the most spectacular features of this hotel is the swimming pool, which is located on the roof, offering a fantastic view of Dalt Vila, the old part of Ibiza city, declared a National Heritage by Unesco. Five of the rooms have their own separate lounge area and all rooms featured piped music. It is open all year round and prices in the low season are reduced by almost 50 percent.

Very Poor Value for Money

The hotel is not even in the same league as a Travel inn, even though I paid nearly £180 per night. It is like something out of the seventies with the aged furniture. I have stayed in ibiza many times and to call this a 4 star is almost criminal.
