The Hotel Academia is a so-called seasonal hotel and is therefore only open from July to September. What a pity, as it is located in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods Graz has to offer. The hotel sits close to the Hilmteich (lake) and Lechwald (woods). From the hotel, the quaint Old Town, Graz's castle (the Schloßberg) and all the other sights can easily be reached. Its unfussy, nicely decorated rooms are very comfortable.
