Accommodations here offer posh rooms at moderate prices. Located just south of San Miguel, it's an excellent launching point for reef dives. As it name suggests (blanca means white in Spanish), everything is done in white including the chiffon curtains and bedspreads. Standard rooms are large and airy with private terraces that have wonderful views of the landscaped gardens. A tennis court and beach club rounds out the whole elegant experience while the onsite Blue Angel Dive Shop offers regular excursions to the nearby reefs. Be sure to inquire about the terrific dive packages.

Great Value

Just got back from Cozumel and we stayed at Villa Blanca, staff was great, rooms clean (superior garden front, poolside room) grounds were kept clean, $5.00 taxi ride to san miguel . Had a great time!!!

Villablanca a Winner!

We just returned from a wonderful weekend in Cozumel. The Villablanca is an older style resort, but it certainly has a lot of charm. We were fortunate to stay in one of the suites adjoining the owners home. It was a bit out of the way, but it was very quiet! The room was very nicely appointed and loved the sunken tub!!!! It really made the whole "Mexican" experience worth it. We rented a car and it proved to be great~especially when going to the beach clubs! The Paradise Beach Club was wonderful. Very quiet and beautiful. The staff was exceptional in keeping up with our every need. Will definitely go back!

Superior room only

I hear that the superior rooms in the new section are wonderful, but the standard rooms in the old section stunk, literally. The septic system left the whole room with a horrible sulphur smell. The rest of the hotel was nice, the new management at the cafe is just as great as Nancy was and the location was fantastic. If you go, make sure you get a superior room.
