Not as good as it should have been as a Hilton

I picked this hotel because it was "Hilton", however, I was truly dissapointed. When I arrived, the hotel lobby was filled with cigarette smoke. My room (no smoking) smelled of cigarettes. My room was on the second floor near the elevator and all night long I could hear people coming and leaving off the elevator and talking in the hall right by my door. I hardly slept. Also they are renovating, so I did not have access to a pool, spa or business facilities. There was no compensation for this inconvenience.

I want my money back!

I have yet to stay in a worse hotel for that "level!" I would have been better off staying at a Motel 6 and actually gotten my money's worth. The front desk staff kept pushing the hotel bar as "a great place to relax." I came to Raleigh to visit friends, not get drunk in the bar! \nThe general condition of the Hilton was just dirty. I felt like I needed a bath everytime I walked through the lobby. \nDon't stay there.
