Hotel Hell

Beds unbearable, Carpet worn, walls dirty, Air Conditioners broken, smelled of vomit. It was awful. I am still waiting on Travelocity to refund my money. The Radisson said they approved the refund. Please credit my account right away. I need the money for Christmas. Thanks, Duane Creger

business trip

I stayed in this hotel for a week in July for a business meeting in town. The accomodations were great, clean, convenient to downtown and local night life. The concierge set up a tour of the St. Johns river on a local charter boat, jaxcharter.com, which was really great. The city is really beautiful from the water at night. thanks to the hotel and staff for a great stay!
