We had the worst experience of our lives at this location. Parking was off site in a dangerous parking ramp. The restaurant menu is limited and what they do have is prepared without flavor or imagination. Our room lacked heat and we had to be moved. The pool room was freezing and the lifeguard was rude to my three children.
05 Jun 2005 | A Yahoo! UserMy family and I checked into this hotel on a Saturday night. We asked for a room that was away from noise, or activity pertaining to the hockey event that was going on. What we experienced was a full night of horror. \nLittle children ran up and down the halls, playing duck-duck-goose. Older children played hockey, or football. We called the front desk three or four times, each time security was sent to the floor, and resolved nothing. \nParents were drinking themselves stupid using the complimentary beverage card as a launching point. We saw numerous men with beer bottles in their hands on the elevator, and in the hallway. \nWe would never stay at this hotel again. The staff has no regard for other guests, and no control over those who are rude and insensitive. \nThe hotel is beautiful, but ill managed, and poorly represented. I always thought that a guests comfort took priority in a hotel stay, but this did not prove to be true for my family, and many others we saw at the desk the next morning asking for a refund.
