The hotel needs to pay more attention to detail. One elevator was out the entire time. I was given the wrong bed size. There was no heat requiring that they bring in a portable unit. Also, I couldn't rely on their wake up calls. They never did call. \n \n When I complained no comments were made. Reception staff (Mario) didn't seem to care.
