The hotel also is just eight blocks from the Inner Harbor, where you'll find the Maryland Science Center, the Baltimore Aquarium and many other tourist attractions. Children sixteen years and younger stay free.

Mount Vernon
I thought this place was musty, old and falling apart. The carpet is nasty, dirty and old. The windows are small and did not open. The view was of the alley between two buildings, which had a nice view of a brick wall. Mildew stains on the ceiling.
The Bed was comfortable. The pillows were good. The tub and shower was clean and relatively new. It advertises a restaurant which does not exist, well The restaurant was there, it just did not serve meals, No bar.
The top floors are a college dormitory.
The real redeeming quality of this hotel was its young enthusiastic staff. The staff was GREAT. I would stay here if I had no other choice, but it would not be my first choice.
