Very nice empolyies and very nice rooms. Vrey nice view of the city. Not at all uncomfortable nor noisey. I would return on my next trip to Dallas.
05 Jun 2005 | jaaf2007I stayed here for a meeting last week for 7 days. Nice spacious room that was kept clean and nicely appointed. Housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful. Meeting rooms seem adequate for many sized groups. Rooms rates were moderate to high priced $120's/night. Largest and most expensive item was food. Steak dinner with potato and one glass of wine was $60 for two in the lobby restaurant and the food was nothing special. On a lower budget, and having a meeting at the Fairmont, I'd probably opt to stay at the Holiday Inn down the street and walk. If you want to dine less expensively,the west end area of the city has many nice places to eat at much lower rates...variety from steak to seafood, formal to wacky places,
