This hotel offers excellent prices and an intimate atmosphere and is rated as one of the 12 best small hotels in the world. The historical building dating back to the fifties is located on the beachfront, only a few minutes from the city's financial and commercial center. The rooms are large and very tastefully decorated. In addition there is a beautiful reading room for those who desire peace and quiet. It also has an excellent restaurant.

Always my favorite

I have been to many hotels in Rio, much more expensive ones over the past 30 years but the OV has been my favorite. They do not make hotels like this one. It is a Brasilian Historical Site, built fo the 1950 World Cup and it cannot by law be torn down!
