Excellent location.

The Delta Chelsea is well situated in the heart of the city. The only real complaint we have is with the elevators. They're too small and REALLY SLOW! They are clearly a bottle-neck at key times of the day. Overall, I would recommend the Delta for a weekend get away.

Perfect for families.

If you have a family and are visiting Toronto this is the perfect hotel. If you are single and/or childless be warned, there are kids everywhere! The gym/pool for adults is a good escape from them. The location though is perfect, right in the middle of Toronto. The staff is courteous. Excellent value for your money. Avoid the room service fare as much as possible.

The place to stay while visiting Toronto...

This hotel excells in making a family vacation enjoyable and memorable... Large Impressive main lobby.. Excellent, inexpensive babysitting available for parents to go shopping or out to dinner without the children. They have a family pool AND an adult pool. City Hall is a few blocks away, as are numerous good restaurants. We ONLY stay at Delta Chelsea when visiting Toronto.
