Harrah's was great!

Just returned from Harrahs and must say that I am perplexed at some of the reviews I had seen before arriving. I found Harrah's to be superb! The carnival tower room was spotless and well appointed. The staff was courteous and helpful and it had the best location in Vegas. \n For a moderately priced hotel, Harrah's cant be beat! Spend all the extra money you'll save by staying there on shows and gaming. You'll be glad you did! \n Lastly, the buffet was excellent. We feasted on Alaskan crab legs and other great dishes for a ridiculously small fee. \n I was thoroughly satisfied with my stay here.

going back again

the wife and i had a great time. the entire staff was pleasant and helpful. we are going back again this year for her birthday.

Harrah's Satisfaction

I was rather frustrated in my inability to get business done via an Internet connection. Service desk claimed there was no Business Office PC connected to the Internet and standard rooms didn't have the option of in-room connection. To have Internet in the room, one must upgrade to a more expensive room. Personally, I can't afford to patronize any hotel that doesn't provide a simple (even slow speed) Internet connection for every room -- it's the way business get done these days.
