Going back as soon as possible!
Beautiful hotel, with the most beautiful beach I've seen in Cancun. Two great pools. Activities for the kids. Close to many shops and activities. Right on the bus route as well. Hotel staff very helpful and courteous.

quiet and set away from the other hotels. Water is calm...nice if you do not like big waves.

The hotel staff and the room were very nice. My only complaint was some additional charges levied upon arrival. They amounted to about $22 a day. I don't think this is right. I hate surprises.
