Disappointed

2 stars

Stayed there for a convention. Billed for a no show night even though my final arrival date was confirmed well in advance. Waited in line for check in and check out a long time. Non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Maid did not replace empty TP roll. Billing itemizes everything you order (meal, drinks, tax, tip) rather than just stating "dinner" - difficult to do an expense report. The lobby was nice though. Overall, I was disappointed. Most downtown hotels are better managed.

Don't do it!

2 stars

My room was small and the gym was a flashback from the 70's with dirty carpet and duck-tapped lockers, broken mirrors. The lobby was beautiful, but just go visit and don't stay there! I would never stay here again!

Didn't have our reservation and it was crowded

2 stars

I was upset that the hotel did not have our reservation because Yahoo Travel did not send it. We almost did not get a room because there was a large convention. Please send the reservation earlier next time. \n \nWyndam on the other hand handled the situation well.
