Overpriced and overrated

Not very accomodating, not a nice room, not pleasant people. We will not stay at the Royal Lahaina again.

Not recommended

Overall I thought the hotel was in a nice location, the grounds were well kept and the rooms were okay- not bad considering the price. Both my husband and I on separate instances received VERY poor hospitality and service from the hotel. In fact, the employees were downright rude to both of us. Because of that, I will not be going back to this place and encourage others to think twice before booking the hotel. I would rather spend more money for better service at a different hotel.

You get what you pay for

The ammenties, service, and features of this hotel were very good. We stayed at a cheaper part of the property which needed remodeling and updating. If you stay here spend a little more to get in to one of the newer areas of the hotel and you will have a good time.
