Didn't like: Must go through valet parking gauntlet After traveling all day with various clothing and snacks strewn about the car, I didn't want the valet to whisk my car away. I had to ask about self-park and check-in parking. \n \nCheckout: when I didn't get my receipt slipped under my door early morning on our check out day (which they are supposed to do) I called front desk and instead of "we apologize, we'll send it right up" I was told "well, you can come down and get it." I asked them to bring it up instead. After 30 minutes, it didn't show so I had to go to the front desk and wait in line to check out. Service overall was apathetic. Don't think employees are trained for customer service. \n \nLiked: Hotel itself and room were nice, nice big pool area. Good bar with happy hour appetizers and pool table. Great location! Easy walking distance (2 blocks) to the heart of downtown. If your first priority is location, it can be worth the cost as long as you can get over some lapses in customer service.
05 Jun 2005 | A Yahoo! UserThis is a very nice place to stay in Palm Springs. \nThe rooms are very spacious and the Breakfast is good. The pool is a bit small but very nice and the location cannot be beat! I love this hotel.
